Some tips to have your garments always look perfect!
- If there are color contrasts, it is recommended to wash the garment separately, observing the temperature indicated on the label.

Shipping and returns
Products in the SALE category with -50% and -70% discounts are not subject to exchange/returns.
Shipping of products is done by choosing the best courier for the destination area, may vary depending on the type of Item purchased.
A parcel tracking (tracking) service is in place for all available couriers.
Couriers deliver Monday through Friday, during the hours 10 am – 7 pm. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, by means of a label affixed to the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: if unsuccessful, the courier will return the package to Our premises.
To facilitate the resolution of the delivery practice in the course of the order is therefore crucial:

- Give a delivery address where someone is always present who can pick up the goods.
- Always specify the last name on the intercom.
setzhardseltzer.com will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier company.
The courier notifies the customer by e-mail about the status of the shipment. The service is automatically activated if the e-mail address field is filled in correctly.
We urge you not to enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the courier would be unable to deliver the purchased goods. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.
In the case of deliveries made at reception/gateway (with signature for pickup by receptionist), setzhardseltzer.com will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there are currently no plans to deliver products to that country.
It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or mailboxes.
Shipping and delivery
Goods shipped are accompanied by a pro forma invoice in which the total value of the goods purchased is stated in Euros. The invoice states the value of each individual item purchased.
SETZ – Golden State Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders for available merchandise, upon confirmation of merchandise availability and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the day after the order is received. The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank. In all cases, SETZ – Golden State Ltd. reserves the right to postpone shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that during promotions and sales, shipments may be delayed.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make 2 delivery attempts; if unsuccessful, the order will return to our warehouse.
All orders are processed automatically by the system, so we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
If for any reason, an order is not delivered due to non-cooperation by the customer (wrong phone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), as per trade agreements, the package may be shipped back to Italy at the customer’s expense, including import taxes. These charges will be deducted from any possible refund.

In Italy, delivery takes place within 24-48 hours, 24 hours after the order is registered. For customized products, delivery may take an additional one or two days. Any delivery delays may be caused by temporary product unavailability, courier service disruptions, force majeure events, or holidays. Delivery times for orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM (CET) are 2 working days for Express deliveries and 24 hours for Urgent deliveries. For orders placed after 1:00 PM (CET), on weekends, or on public holidays, delivery will take an additional day.
In Europe and the rest of the world, delivery takes place within 2-4 days, 24 hours after the order is registered. For customized products, delivery may take an additional one or two days. A package tracking service is available for all available couriers.

Orders cannot be shipped to military bases or post office boxes.
Payments require automatic verification by the bank that issued the credit card, which may cause a delay in order shipment.
Once authorized, the payment will be credited to the setzhardseltzer.com account, and the order will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders are processed in chronological order based on the time of receipt. Orders with “express shipping” have priority in processing compared to orders with “standard shipping.” On weekdays (Monday to Friday), orders are processed within 24 working hours of receipt.
During specific times of the year, on holidays (when couriers do not make shipments), and during periods of high order traffic, the order processing times may be delayed up to 3-4 days:

Customs duties and taxes
If the shipment is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional costs related to customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
In the event of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g., incorrect address and/or phone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), the amount covering the following expenses will be deducted: “goods dispatch” + “goods return” + “customs for return,” and charged to the recipient. However, the price of the goods will be refunded.
Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the destination country and are applied upon the arrival of the goods in the same country. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the purchased item. If you have purchased multiple items in a single order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the return cost of €7 and the shipping cost will be deducted, while the cost of the goods will be refunded to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You are required to return the items in their original condition and with the warranty seals and original labels intact. The packaging of the items must be careful in order to protect the original packaging from damage, writing, or labeling.
The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, in the following cases provided by the Consumer Code:
a) the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods;

Return with Home Pickup
You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to exchange the items for different sizes or request a refund. To do so, you can request a home pickup at a cost of €7. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying whether you want to make an exchange or return. setzhardseltzer.com reserves the right to request, if necessary, a photograph of the product to verify its condition in order to accept or reject the return.
- setzhardseltzer.com will send an email indicating the return number to be applied to the product’s tag using the warranty seal and a copy of the accompanying invoice to be applied to the package.
- Prepare the package with the accompanying invoice: Package the items securely, the warranty seal must be intact and not tampered with. If possible, use the original packaging and attach the previously printed accompanying invoice.
- The courier will come to your home to pick up the package: We will send you an email to confirm a date and time slot for the pickup of the items. Conditions for withdrawal
When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you must know that:

Exchange of Goods
When you exercise the right to exchange, you should know that:

Refunds can take between 3 to 12 working days from the moment we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. After acceptance, we will immediately request the refund and send a confirmation email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, deducting the return cost of €7 and the shipping cost.
Refund processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method:
Credit Card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 working days from the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to see the refund in your account depends on the card issuing institution.
